Upon payment to Yudine, it means that you agreed to all the Terms and Conditions stated on this page, and there will be no refund.

*I will work on the commission of whoever commissioned me first, so please do give me some time before I start work on your commission!

*Please also note that I have a full-time job in the day, streaming at night on certain days which are random, and also I am working on a few other commissions and weekly art and comics for my art socials media sites, so do understand that I may not be working on your commission during those times.

 

*Usually I will be working on the commissions outside of streaming time, so please do not ask me about commission completion on my stream or rush me on stream, although sometimes I may work on stream if I feel the need to. Do let me know if you want to keep the commission private!

= Terms and Conditions =

1. The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

2. Payment will only be made by Paypal. Do make sure you have PayPal before you commission me! Yudine will send a Paypal Invoice to you for payment.

3. Do note that the currency is in USD. Please calculate in  your own currency before commissioning!

4. Digital image file can be used on your social media platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

5. You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

6. The commission may take up to 2 months to be finished from the time Yudine starts your commission, which may not be on the day you made payment, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc. you will get notified. Please check with Yudine on the time needed before commissioning.

7. You may apply maximum 2 separate big correction requests if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require additional charge.

8. Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start drawing. 

9. You will receive the image in a PNG image file with the resolution discussed, without a watermark. If you want to add your own channel watermark, do let Yudine know before she pass you the final file.

10. You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist, Yudine or Art of Yudine or YudineAki keeps all ownership of the artwork.

11. You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

12. Upon payment for the commission, you agree to all the terms and conditions that the artist, Yudine or YudineAki or Art of Yudine, has put in place for her art works copyright, and usage of the virtual asset.

13. The received images and files are not allowed to be edited in any way by you or a 3rd party, but it is allowed to add additional art or accessories as decoratives, or for simple environmental animation like light ray over it, or snow falling down over it, or eye blinking and mouth moving. Credit to the artist, Yudine or YudineAki or Art of Yudine, still applies.

14. Must credit original artist, Yudine or YudineAki or Art of Yudine, on all social media platforms where the image is used, or appears on, even after the image is decorated with additional art work. - Can be used for physical merchandise products for commercial and marketing usage, by the person who bought it from the artist, Yudine or YudineAki or Art of Yudine only. Not for soft copy distribution in any way. 

15. You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy). 

16. Please do not use the image in a way that deems to be disrespectful or in a way that the artist, Yudine, do not agree with. 

17. Owning the commissioned file assets, does not allow the distribution or sale of the assets, files, or images received from this commission. It is only for personal use. 

18. This image is commissioned by you as the custome, so you will be the only person allowed to use it, other than the artist, Yudine.

19. Yudine reserves the right to use this image and the design in any of her social media platforms and in any way she deems fit for portfolio showcase and marketing purposes. Yudine will have the right to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. debut, release date). Yudine may stream the process of the commission on her social media channels unless you have clearly said to keep it private.

20. I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose and approve. You must apply most crucial corrections during this phase.
